They discovered that most lessors would not offer sale and lease back of software and other intangibles. CSG provided one simple lease based agreement that released 100% of their investment with no security required. Client now utilises this approach, to reimburse themselves after purchasing new accountancy practises.
Outside Broadcast Hire £1.5M audiovisual and media equipment. Industry leading outside broadcast provider was fully committed with traditional leasing companies. CSG was able to sanction a revolving lease facility, which meant they were able to continue to evolve their technical capability at their rate without financial restraint. International telecoms equipment manufacturer This substantial global player was looking for a more innovative approach to their customer financing requirements and sepcifically wanted a method to accelerate both cash flow and revenue recognition on their managed service contracts. We were able to quickly design an agreement from scratch that did just this for them and this has now been rolled out across their own client base and into their channel partners. A unique offering that no competitor could match. International EPOS manufacturer A global player who had tried on several occassions to make customer financing a part of their route to market. We were able to give them the products and quality field support they needed to deliver alternative financing options to their blue chip client base. Diagnostic Imaging £300K Sale and lease back of medical equipment. This privately owned specialist medical investigation clinic required refinancing of older equipment to assist in funding a marketing campaign and site refurbishment costs. Traditional lenders wished to heavily depreciate the assets. CSG were able to fund at near new value.
National Retailer £600K store fit out. Multi site National retailer with carried forward set up losses requiring funding for fit out costs of new stores with a high proportion of intangible costs. CSG was able to sanction a substantial lease facility that allowed our client to continue with new openings programme.
Regional Department Store £300K IT implementation. Our client had a twelve-month IT development programme. CSG provided a multi draw down facility that greatly reduced administration for the client and maximised costs savings. After completion all schedules were re-structured to provide one agreement with one periodic payment for simplicity.
Photographic Concessionaire £1.0M annual spend on IT. International photographic concessionaire, requiring funding for new sites and specialist equipment. In face of stiff competition, CSG provided a flexible rolling lease facility that has enabled our client to continue their aggressive expansion campaign.
Software Developer £500K software funding for clients. This International software developer selling into the world’s leading Hotel chains was seeking a financing partner to support their offering. CSG re-wrote their licence agreement and established an International funding capacity to enable our client to sell their product on a rental basis throughout Europe and North America. Revenue recognition issues were also advised upon and satisfied, with a resultant acceleration of both profitability and cash flow, all without placing any additional gearing on the companies balance sheet.
